How do I place an order?
Browse our catalog to explore our products, select your date, and proceed to checkout. If you have any questions, give us a call—we’ll guide you through the process and help you choose the perfect rental items for your event.
How far in advance should I book a rental?
For guaranteed availability, we recommend booking your rentals as early as possible. Ideally, make your reservation a few weeks in advance. However, we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests based on availability.
How long is the rental period?
Our standard rental period is usually 24 hours. For longer events or special circumstances, we offer extended rental options. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
What areas do you service?
We service the Greater Houston area. You can see our service area map here. Call us, (832) 860-8285, to check on deliveries outside of this service area.
Can I make changes to my order?
Yes, you can make changes. You will have to give us a call at least 3 days before your order is scheduled for delivery to avoid additional fees. Your changes should not result in a refund, you can add or substitute items, but no deletions. We do not offer refunds once payment is made.
Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, there is a standard delivery charge of $50 for your entire order within the service area. Contact us for rates outside of the service area.
What happens if an item is damaged?
If an item is damaged due to abuse or neglect, you will be charged double the price of the item.
Can I cancel my order after reserving and paying and receive a refund?
We do not issue refunds for canceled events after payment. However, we will evaluate special circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as you know about the cancellation.
